and seasoning. Topped with rich butter. Served with rosemary bread sticks.

Chefs home made fish soup of the day with home baked bread.

Pembrokeshire Lamb Kebab with cumin and coriander. Grilled and Served on
a Mediterranean salad with Crème Fraiche.

Oriental Confit of Duck Salad, slow cooked tender shredded duck in an oriental marinade. Served in a baby gem case with our own chili, soy dipping sauce.

Main Courses

Prime 10oz Char-Grilled "Welsh Black" Organic Sirloin Steak. Served with Cheery Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Onion Rings. Finished with a Rich Red Wine and Beef reduction.

Prime 8oz "Welsh Black" Organic Fillet Steak with Szechwan spices, Beef and Oyster sauce.

The Old Pharmacy Bouillabaisse. Mixed fish and shellfish in an aromatic stew of tomato, mixed peppers, red wine saffron and fresh orange.

Char-Grilled Brioche topped with spinach, parmesan cheese and free range poached eggs.

Matthews Sea Food Extravaganza - Grilled half Solva lobster with garlic butter, fresh mussels with a light curry sauce, tiger prawns tempura and local crab.

Home Made Desserts

White Chocolate and Cointreau Crème Brûlèe, with crisp caramel topping and home made short bread.

Meringue Roulade, Iced mixed berry, Chantilly cream, meringue roulade with red berry coulis.

Layered chocolate mousse with brandy snap biscuits and rich chocolate sauce.



Cenarth "Welsh" Cheese Selection - with biscuits or bread, apple and grapes.


Main Courses are served with fresh seasonal vegetables or salad and potatoes. Chips are available.
